Hello Vancouver!

It's now 5 o'clock on Wednesday morning UK time, but here in Vancouver it's still Tuesday - 9pm - and Lulabel and I are just about ready to fall into bed.

This is Sunset Beach, a popular area for walkers, joggers, cyclists and skateboarders.

We've pigged out on avocado, asparagus, watermelon and mango, all bought from the amazing shop in the extra.
