Today involved a lot of conflict..
A "lean" bacon sandwich for breakfast.. followed by a cheese salad for lunch..
Then this afternoon involved baking a vicky sponge, so obviously had to try & slice..
Going for a run in a bit then having chinese for dinner.. Think my inner thin person is trying to get out!

Oh & I think I made a bit too much icing haha
