Too humid

A really hot day, about 31 degrees, where the house seemed to retain its heat until the early hours of the morning and took in none of the cooler temperature from outside. Thank goodness for fans.

Finally managed to get my hands on a Ruskin brooch (£5) dating to circa 1910. Not too bothered about the hairline fracture in the pottery as it’s all secure and the brooch works well so I’ll be spotted wearing this when autumn comes.
