The Scott Monument

Headed into Edinburgh bright & early on the train, thought we might beat the rush. By the time we got there the John Lewis technology department was hoaching, but we saught advice from the young techno geeks and are still as baffled as ever!
We also thought we might pick up a few Christmas presents whilst in town, but we didn't really suceed on that one either. However we had a very nice lunch at the Cafe Royal, so all is not lost. Back home now cosy and warm and looking forward to an evening of Strictly and X factor, and of course a vino or two, or three.... ;o)
