Col d’Arpette

3 hour walk mountain this morning...this was our view as we turned around!

Then in the afternoon we got the train to Montreaux and walked back to Villeneuve by the side of lac leman ( lake Geneva ).

A 10minute dip in Hilary’s spa soon eased our aches and pains! ( see extra )
