Surprise!

I stuck a succulent in a plant pot last year...mainly because I had nowhere else to stick it. It was one that came in a Tesco pot half price. It spread this year and got dug up by a squirrel.

Now it's in flower... It's half hanging out of its pot since squirrelgate but it seems happy!

Such a pretty flower.

I spent today reading reports for the school governors meeting this afternoon.

My (not so) little one is having an early night. Far too much excitement at this time of year! Roll on the holidays.
