Only remembered...

The artist Olivia Lomenech Gill has a workshop/gallery 5 doors down from my house. She has recently illustrated the JK Rowling book of Fantastic Beasts, and has worked with Michael Morpurgo, notably on "War Horse - Only Remembered" at the Albert Hall. One of the prints she produced was of a fieldgun carriage, which is what my granddad was with during WW1. I had photos I needed preserving, and showed them to her, just as an aside to the (single) print I was ordering.

Much later, this montage of my photos, a couple of postcards from my granddad, and a posse of gun carriages by Olivia, was brought round this afternoon. To say I'm chuffed to bits is an understatement!
