Train River Crossing into Tunnel

We enjoyed crossing Idaho and Utah today, finishing our drive partway into Wyoming.
The "Great Basin" scenery is fascinating and at times forbidding.
Today's train tracks scene is nearby the historic location where the first transcontinental train route was completed.
Driving through this part of the country made me realize the magnitude of effort required to create the "ribbon of steel" across the USA.
