I seem to have something in my eye...

As I get older, there are more and more things that bring a lump to my throat. I don't know why. I thought it was maybe just a female trait, but then I remembered seeing Rod Stewart weeping buckets over his beloved football team!

I switched on the television to watch the Wales v Argentina rugby game and there were two instances in quick succession - a Welsh crowd singing "Guide me O Thou Great Redeemer", and The Last Post being played on a lone trumpet - sending shivers down my spine!

Another guaranteed one is watching The Haka being performed by the All Blacks before a game. I'll be watching them thrashing playing Scotland tomorrow! It's bound to end in tears...

Anything other blippers would admit to...?
