Deer Near
Earlier I spent half an hour following a small bird round the yard with the 100mm lens, because that is what was on the camera. Later I switched to the telephoto to see how close I could get with that. Looking over the fence I spotted this family of deer (Roe?) who were good enough to walk slowly across the field. It's a pity about the electricity post. The deer have excellent camouflage but the concrete posts are an eyesore.
D. arrived back from her travels just as I had taken this shot. I have a feeling that Pushkin was on the small dining table when I was outside because there seemed to be dog hairs on it when we ate lunch.
