Simple joy

Y peth cyntaf yn y bore roedd hi'n eithaf cŵl. Es i allan i redeg a cherdded o gwmpas y bloc cyn eistedd i lawr am dipyn i fyfyrio. Roedd e'n hyfryd a dawel yn yr ardd yn y bore cynnar. Yn hwyrach pan gododd yr haul yn uchel daeth pethau'n rhy boeth i mi eithaf gyflym. Roedden ni'n ceisio cadw cŵl yn y swyddfa ond roedd e'n anodd. Es i allan dros amser cinio cwrdd â'r teulu yn Chai Street lle'r oedden ni wedi cael pryd o fwyd gyda'n gilydd. Roedd Sam yn swynol fel arfer. Mae'n bleser bod gyda fe ac i weld ei fwynhad gyda'i thomato afal, caws a sgleiniog. Roedd gweddill y diwrnod yn boeth yn y swyddfa ond roedd arwyddion o newid yn y tywydd - yn gobeithio.

First thing in the morning it was quite cool. I went out to run and walk around the block before sitting down for a while to meditate. it was lovely and quiet in the garden in the early morning. Later when the sun rose high, things became too hot for me quite quickly. We tried to keep cool at the office but it was difficult. I went out at lunch time to meet the family at Chai Street where we had had a meal meal together. Sam was charming as usual. It's a pleasure to be with him and to see his joy with his apple, cheese and shiny tomato. The rest of the day was hot at the office but there were signs of a change in the weather - hopefully
