From the bike trail

Another hot one today, so after breakfast and watching a bit of the tennis, we headed again to the bike trail. It felt so hot in the car park, as we were getting the bikes off, but once you start moving, and especially where it is shaded, you feel so much cooler! We started in Morrow today, and headed north under the big I-71 bridge (see extra) and on through Oregonia. I managed 20 miles again, with Roger doing an extra couple. There were quite a few people out on the river, including one large group of kids - in inflatable rafts - I imagine it was a camp outing. In the afternoon, Roger was cutting the grass, whilst I went grocery shopping. Dinner al fresco again - fish on the grill tonight with fresh vegetables, whilst enjoying watching the birds.
