Inula and day lilies

Looking surprisingly fresh considering the dryness of the ground. 
Surprisingly today the sunshine came back and it was already hot at eight thirty this morning. 
Spent most of the day getting things sorted for the impending visit, like finding and washing the sandpit toys, and rigging up a tyre swing, and so on.
