Contemplating...
A fish supper :D
Hahahaha...no, not really. Probably thinking about the great session he had at the golf range this morning (oh yes D happens to have found a driving range just five minutes from the holiday house and just happens to have managed to pack a few clubs) I don't mind. The range opens at 10am so he gets up, gets showered and dressed and heads off whilst I have a little lie in then get showered and dressed and arrive downstairs just as he returns ready for brunch.
Another scorcher of a day. I love that the gamble to holiday in the UK has paid off weather wise. We were so lucky with the weather when we went to Cornwall four years ago too. I'm not sure if next week is to be so good (I am scared to check) but we can't complain so far. And I love being 15 minutes from the coast. We can pop out and take our fill of the view and be back at the holiday house in under an hour.
Today has been another fairly laid back day, well until late afternoon when David, Jordan and Alan took Shelley to Bristol airport to catch her flight home and to pick Ally up, who will be with us till Saturday (then the Bristol airport run will be done again to drop Ally off and pick up Christine who will be with us next week and drive home with us at the end of next week.)
I stayed at the Barn enjoying the sunshine, the peace, my book and enjoying listening to Kate Bush, James Taylor, Phil Collins, Rumer and Sting (not all at once :-)
Just had a text from David to say they will be back soon along with Chinese takeaway for tea. Woo hoo, no cooking! :-))
