Lovely Day

We dropped our visitors off at the train station - they planned a day of sightseeing in Edinburgh.   Went for a long walk to Ravenheugh - extremely warm so we decided to go for a paddle.  In the above blip Mrs M points out the dreaded jellyfish - that surge of the paddler.  

Watched a bit of the England/Sweden match before heading out for a 3 mile run - in the evening A prepared a meal for our guests and we chatted for a while before bed.
