Food, Glorious Food
This is breakfast - and Blip is first in the queue!
Before getting here there have been 45 minutes of optional stretching exercises and 30 minutes of meditation to work up an appetite.
The food is nearly all organic, some of it home-made or baked in our kitchen here, and prepared by Annika, an excellent cook and also very knowledgable about raw food and food as medicine.
From front to back...
porridge;
apple, apple puree, red currants (from the garden), milk;
banana, fresh dates, rosehip powder, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, raisons, almond flakes, prunes, vegan yoghurt, yoghurt;
eggs, rye sourdough bread (fresh-baked in our kitchen);
cheese, strawberry jam (homemade) marmelade, peanut butter, peach jam (homemade by Jan);
butter, vegan spread, honey, brown whey cheese, different hard breads, scones (baked by Jan and left over from yesterday evening).
Not in the picture...
coffee, tea, green tea, oatley milk (vegan), water.
The day continues in a similar way with lunch as the main meal, dinner in the evening, and after the final meditation session, evening snacks!
Despite all the hard work through the week no weight is lost!
