Dead or dying

The tree was already dead, the grass is dying as there's been no rain for about 2 months, the UK government seems to be killing itself over brexit and I went back to work today after having 2 1/2 weeks off which was dead depressing.

So todays word is "dead". Happy Monday everyone :-))
