Action man

Here's Jeff in full camera action pose probably taking the picture he's posted on Blip.

Took a hilly cycle ride from our camp site to a near by Craster harbour where we had a very nice lunch and jolly chat with fellow diners. We then cycled on to Low Newton by the Sea. We didn't however cycle to Nacker Hole or Lady's Hole!

The weather has got a bit cooler and slightly greyer but to be honest, cycling in the heat is very hard.

I love my bike. It gets me up the steepest of steep hills!
