Notes: Early morning - left 5a to take K&C to airport. Back and made a list, had coffee. Took the convertible then to Sprouts for few groceries. Made egg, chicken sausage and GF toast with couple strawberries for breakfast. Quiet day, spent some time in the pool, to bed early.
