(The ass of)

An Eastern Red-Spotted Newt I found while collecting rocks in the woods at my parents’ house (I’m building a wall and Mexico won’t help, so...). Fortunately I didn’t touch him because when I looked him up I read that he is toxic to humans. And the newt is poisonous, too. Ba-dum-pa.
The extra is a little container of moss that I bought on the dollar shelf at Lowe’s. I had no idea it had teeny tiny flowers (probably because Lowe’s didn’t water it, hence the dollar shelf).
Sigh. On so many levels.
