Boat Harbour...

The trouble with Saturdays is the beach gets so busy.

Hard to believe that over those dunes and a short hop across Botany Bay is the Sydney skyline and the airport, yet here it all seems so far away. Only the roar of big Airbuses, 737's, 747's and 777's passing low overhead give an indication of the proximity of the City. One year we swam on this beach alongside a Manta Ray, it was unphased and happily swished around in the shallow warm water with the rest of us.

Gawd, I love this place.
