The end of an era

My last Sunday teaching the children in my home church of 35 years (a lifetime), a few tears all round. And a very thoughtful gift which I shall treasure. The figurine is titled ‘Quietly encircled by love’. Today they encircled me quite noisily and I nearly fell over! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, kids are the best!
Looking forward to the next season and all God has planned for me.
