Bee friendly

Grass is meant to be green. Not in this current hot spell it isn’t. With warnings of reservoirs running low and water shortages, we’re not wasting precious water on the lawn. So it’s very dry and brown. It will quickly recover when rain eventually comes. Meanwhile there’s plenty of colour elsewhere in the garden, and this little corner filled with borage and sweet peas is proving very popular with bees.
