Something it's better than ever to be Canadian. ;-)

This morning Tim and I returned to Norfolk to spend this glorious weather with a couple Tim has known for many years. I don't think they could have been more welcoming or hospitable. While the rest of England was watching the match, we were by the lake canoeing, eating pizza and drinking cold beer. What more could a Canadian want?

I have actually supported the England football team for decades (on account of my mother), but this has been a rather strange World Cup for me. I wish the team well - I'm just not sure I'll get caught up in the hype. At least not just yet.
