Rest

“Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. Gen 2:3
Life is busy and often exhausting. Sunday reminds me to take a day and rejuvenate. To me, rest is not veg’ing out - but to slow down, do something meaningful— spend time with my wife & kids, my church and enjoy the outdoors...you?
Maybe take a new photo, connect with an old friend, spend time with a new friend or just “replenish” your soul. I hope your Sunday is restful.
