A Grey Day In Narvik

The last of our ports of call inside the Arctic Circle.

Grey, cloudy and a little rain.

The mood of the day was not helped by a disastrous tour which lasted five hours - for a one hour train ride, which did not live up to the exotic description.

The tour office on board has been besieged by a lot of very unhappy people who felt, like us, that is was a complete waste of time and money. It remains to be seen what form of recompense they will make.

The sun failed to make a significant appearance at midnight - although I did get some shots, they were taken after midnight, so one may be my blip for Sunday.
