New York New York what a wonderful town

Met our daughters this morning for a ride to Staten Island on the Ferry. Then went to Snag Harbour Cultural Center for a lovely wander through museums and gardens. The grounds were once a retirement home for old and decrepit sailors established in the 1870”s and closed in 1970,s when it became a cultural center a really lovely campus. A short break than after a fabulous dinner we went to see My Fair Lady. Loved it. The unexpected treat was daughter P knew a cast member and we were invited backstage after the performance for a tour. Extra are hats from the show. Will include us on stage when I get the photo from P wow. What a day. And more tomorrow
