Honey's up!

One benefit of the long hot spell - their is no excuse for not producing any honey! Well, except for those started swarms flying away. I have just collected a little to see how it is, lovely golden colour and very strong flavour. I wonder if it is Horse Chestnut?
It is the first anniversary of Rob retiring. He says he feels ten years younger so that is a good result.
