St Romain de Benet

House work, gite cleaning, washing, ironing, watching football and then we went to a friend's house for her annual fishy supper. She has a lovely courtyard garden with no grass to cut and no weeds, and the evening was very nice until the mozzies came out.
We left about 10.30 and I realised that I hadn't taken a photo all day, so here's the sunset on the church in a village we drive through on our way home from Saujon.
Elvis had been in his crate whist we were out, and all was clean and dry. Maybe we've turned the corner!
