Saturday: #NationalMeadowsDay ...

... and I joined a small group at Treborth Botanic Gardens for a walk and talk around their wildflower meadows. Main photo is of one of the beautiful flower beds, extreme left at bottom is a “Skipper”, middle is of “common spotted orchids” and extreme right is a pretty yellow flower which we didn’t get round to identifying! A very pleasant couple of hours!
Grocery shopping at the Co-op then sitting in the shade for a few hours. Lovely phone chat with my daughter who is heading for London tomorrow for a few weeks work.
When it had cooled down after tea, I moved pots around in the greenhouse, put tomatoes into large pots and decided to leave the Squash plant in there to. Had a handful of raspberries and alpine strawberries as a foraging treat ...
