Beautifully quiet!

There was a wonderful peace and quiet out and about this afternoon, which quickly turned to almost silence as 3pm approached...something about a football match and reaching the semi finals!

I enjoyed a sunny stroll from Sowerby Bridge to Hebden Bridge and maybe encountered 4 other walkers/cyclists the whole way! Hebden Bridge itself was equally quiet - I sat on the grass in the park with my lemon sorbet ice cream surrounded by...nobody!! :-D
