Fair and Square

Today was THE football match to watch, Sweden vs England in the quarterfinals in the World Cup. We had special fika with the new Bear hug mug and the butterscotch cookies too. We cheered and cheered, but England got the first goal and after that, it was almost impossible. The game ended 2-0, England won fair and square. Oh well. Well done Sweden for reaching the quarterfinals, it’s been very exciting.

For the first time in weeks, I had to wear my raincoat today. We don’t mind at all. It’s been too hot for too long.
