The Triffid in the Wetroom....

…..see here and here, has decided not to flower, not surprising really, but has decided to sprout strange growths. Not knowing what they were, Beloved consulted the Oracle, a gardening group on Facebook. A couple of people said they were Lilly Beetles, whilst others said they were bubils, baby plants. This has happened with one of the outside plants as well, see the extra.

I cut one off and cut it open, they are not Lilly Beetles, they ARE bubils.

I checked with another Oracle, Google, about propagating them. When they start to sprout roots, I'm going to take them off and see if I can grow them on.
