Burlesque

We have here in Helsinki Burlesque festival. Part of it is an exhibition by some American photographer in Jukka Male museum. Burlesque is quite strange phenomenon for us Finns. A finnish dictionary from 2001 does not even know the word.
All the photographs in the exhibition are of women (or men dressed as women).
I think we have two burlesque actors in Finland, both men: Pekka Puupää and Uuno Turhapuro.
