Marlborough Book Festival

Every year for the last few years a dynamic group of Marlborough women organize the Book Festival weekend. Authors come from all around New Zealand and give presentations on their work. Here Author Harry Broad is telling us about “The Awatere”, a book about the Awatere Valley, its history and people to be published in September. The venue here is the cosy Boatshed Theatre. The photographer for the book is a friend of ours, talented Jim Tannock. The facilitator is the lovely Tessa Nicholson.
