The Drovers Way

I have lived in Lickey for more than 12 years and, as you can tell if you follow my blips, I regularly walk in the local woods. Yet on my lunchtime walk today I found myself on a path, less than a mile from home, that I have never walked before.

At this fork in the path I have always headed left, up the stepped path which the guy and his dog have just come down. For some reason it had never occurred to me until today to follow the Drovers Way to the right. It turns out to be a very pleasant path, and a much less steep route to the top of Bilberry Hill.
