Cooling off, keeping away the midges

We cycled in the forests around Spean Bridge, eventually catching up with the DoE students at a delightful campsite beside a river where the water was very low and great for a paddle - very refreshing after the heat of the day. The midges haven't been a problem, but the horse-flies are!
