Marathon shopping excursion in town resulted in new UK mobile phone, new mobile phone account with bigger data allowance, a broadband agreement for home - now waiting for installation, two (different) supermarket runs, a wardrobe from the British Heart Foundation shop - (delivery tomorrow), and a new fan to help cope with the temperature in sunny Chelmsford. 
Bro and youngest nephew called late afternoon and we watched the football - well done Belgium.
