Riding

Out this morning on the bike, despite feeling lethargic. It was mostly good once I was out although it could have been quicker.

Trains were a nightmare today. Running slightly late into London but everything cancelled or delayed indefinitely coming home at 7pm. Apparently due to a tresspasser at 17.00 but Virgin or whatever they are now called seemed to have managed to mostly get back on track. Not what is needed on a hot Friday evening!

Carys was taught by Yosvani Ramos tonight. He was lovely and very helpful with his tips according to her.

Reports came home but we haven't had time to digest them yet...
