Reflected sunset

Late for a blip again, I walked to Hardgate Lane and took up position to watch another sunset from the middle of a field, only to find I had bovine company. This young chap on the flank to stop me moving further into the field.

The title - I was quite pleased to find the sunset reflected in his eye!

A late blip might not have been necessary if I had my camera (right lens on for a change) to hand as the Red Arrows flew low over Preston in perfect formation, this afternoon instead of being a few yards away in the car!- no doubt heading for the Southport Air Show. If only...……
