He was not impressed that I had been to visit a company that makes helicopters and airplane fuselages.  

However there is no reasoning with terrorists, idiots, drunk people or tired children.  The latter sharing many commonalities with all of the former.
So, I agreed that yes a sports car would have been cooler.
