I've just had new contact lenses fitted, gone are the soft big comfy expensive ones, which are apparently not so healthy on my eyes and back in are the rigid, small, cost effective (only if I don't loose them) type that my eyes will love me more for wearing. The biggest improvement I cannot deny is that my vision is better! Oh look, there's the Fastnet! And a lot of mussel lines.
