Eager Beaver

Non stop day at work, count down to our big book awards event.

Home and it was Beaver night which means a bit of trekking in the dark and cold to the Scout hut.

I was so tired tonight, really bushed.

But found this card that little Beaver Evie had made for me.

It really made me smile..and a bit sniffly. "It's got all the things you like mum..birds and love hearts and colours and baby chicks and stars"

She ain't wrong.

Makes it all worthwhile and when I'm tired...reminds me why I do it.
