Dinner date with Daddy

"I put on my best frock. I travel all the way to Worcester. I purchase some new funky footwear (that make my bare feet rather sweaty). I get to the little French cafe and get us a lovely spot outside in the sunshine. And then he has the cheek to turn up late, thank god their were crayons to keep me amused!"

Reasons to be cheerful:
It's been a year today since Derek died. Which means it's the first anniversary of when everything all went really really sh*tty. So why cheerful? Because we have all survived it and I'd say a whole lot closer and stronger than ever before.
