Kingy again

Sorry to blip another kingfisher, but they are just so beautiful that I couldn't resist. 
Husband was with me this evening when we went to the flash around 5pm. I was so thrilled to see one of the kingfishers again after just a couple of minutes of us arriving, but it did not stay around for long. 
It was so nice walking in the shade with a cool summer breeze blowing - a perfect way to end the day. 
We also saw a couple of snipe from one of the other hides but the only shot I got was one of them flying away when chased by a lapwing, but it's not very sharp - you can see it in extras if you are interested. Not seen a snipe for a long time, so that was nice. 
We then dropped into one of the local pubs on the way home and had a nice meal in the beer garden as neither of us could be bothered to cook when we got home. 
Still enjoying this nice weather and think it's set to last for another week or so - I hope so as we are going to Anglesey at the end of next week.
