Abstract Thursday - Rural

Well, this theme is right up my alley, living in a country town. I thought of the patchwork patterns of the crops but I didn't go anywhere where I could see any.  So I nicked across the road and took pictures of the flowering potato and grain crops. I think this is rye but what would I know? I'm really a city girl.
