On a tightrope

What a horrid day. Am never taking days off again.

On the plus side, post transfer day parents evening at Wills new school. Tim the decorators son gave a lovely talk on learning mandarin. Will is completely and utterly without any worry about his new school. Until I told him what his canteen allowance would be.

Daisy cooked me fish and chips for tea and we watched the wonderful world of puppies on the telly.

There, that’s enough light banter to distance myself from that god awful day.
