A day in prison.

We were on the north coast today to undertake focus groups at another prison.  Again, they didn't have our details at the security gate, so we had to make frantic phone calls once again.  In the end we managed to get an assistant governor on the case and he came down to reception to vouch for us.  Of course, we were late by now for the first group who had been sent back to their wing, but our new best friend got on the phone and re-arranged everything for us.  He even made us cups of tea!  So we spent the whole day in the prison, an interesting and enlightening experience.  The pic is at the headland just down from the prison, looking over towards Donegal.
