Bicycle and Pigeon

This abandoned bicycle has been sitting next to the tracks in the Kaiserslautern Hauptbahnhof for weeks now. It has a note pinned to it saying "if you don't remove me until June 30, we will remove you". So far so good. It the 5th of July now.

I'd take it, if they don't know what to do with it. The chain can be repaired and it looks much better than mine. I wonder what the story behind it is (there is a nice large roofed bicycle garage right outside the trainstation).
