Low river...

there should be rapids here, but today it just trickles and there are no fishermen. However, there were Dark Green Fritillaries, Ringlets, Speckled Woods and Green Grasshoppers. It was very pleasantly hot and sunny, not as burning as in recent weeks. The promised rain didn't happen here but twenty miles up the road there was a welcome downpour last night.
